Lead Submission Policy

Jab We Wed, Inc ("JWW," "we," "us," or "our") operates a pay-per-lead marketplace connecting South Asian couples with wedding vendors. This Lead Submission Policy ("Policy") governs how inquiries submitted by couples ("Leads") are collected, reviewed, distributed, and charged. It applies to all couples submitting inquiries through JWW and all vendors participating in the JWW marketplace.

By clicking "Request Quote" on the JWW platform, couples and vendors agree to the terms of this Policy, which is incorporated by reference into JWW's Terms of Use.

1. What Is a Lead

A Lead is an inquiry submitted by a couple through JWW expressing interest in a vendor's services. A Lead is created when a couple completes and submits the Request Quote form on a vendor's profile or category listing page.

Each Lead submission includes the following couple-provided information, which is shared with the selected vendor(s):

Full name
Email address
Phone number
Wedding date and event details

JWW does not share couple financial information, payment details, or any information beyond what is listed above without explicit consent.

2. Lead Distribution

2.1 Multi-Vendor Inquiries

A couple may submit an inquiry to a maximum of four (4) vendors per category. There is no limit on the number of categories a couple may contact in a single session — for example, a couple may simultaneously send inquiries to up to four venues, four DJs, and four decorators as part of the same planning request. The four-vendor cap applies per category and exists to ensure lead quality and protect vendors from competing against an unreasonably large pool of respondents within the same service type.

Vendors will not be informed of the specific identity of competing vendors receiving the same Lead, but should be aware that up to three (3) other vendors within the same category may receive the same inquiry. Vendors in different categories receiving the same couple's inquiry are not competitors for the same booking and are not disclosed to one another.

2.2 Lead Delivery

Upon submission, Leads are delivered to the selected vendor(s) via the JWW vendor dashboard and, where applicable, via email or SMS notification. JWW does not guarantee a specific delivery time but targets delivery within minutes of submission.

3. Lead Review and Quality Standards

3.1 Pre-Delivery Review

All Leads submitted through JWW are subject to a quality and safety review before being delivered to vendors. JWW reserves the right to withhold or flag any Lead that, in our reasonable determination, does not meet our quality standards.

Leads may be flagged or withheld if they:

Contain incomplete, inaccurate, or fictitious contact information
Are submitted by known spam accounts or automated bots
Contain abusive, threatening, or inappropriate content directed at a vendor
Are duplicate submissions from the same user within a short time window
Show indicators of fraudulent intent or coordinated abuse
Are otherwise determined to be low quality at JWW's discretion

3.2 Couple Responsibilities

Couples agree that all information submitted in a Lead inquiry is accurate and provided in good faith. Submitting false contact details, using disposable email addresses to evade identification, or submitting inquiries with no genuine intent to book a vendor is a violation of this Policy and JWW's Terms of Use, and may result in account suspension.

4. Lead Charges and Billing

4.1 Pay-Per-Lead Vendors

Vendors participating in JWW's pay-per-lead model are charged per Lead delivered. A charge is triggered at the point of Lead delivery to the vendor's dashboard.

Flagged or withheld Leads are never charged. A Lead that does not pass JWW's pre-delivery quality review will not be delivered and will not generate a charge, regardless of the vendor's billing plan.

4.2 Subscription Vendors

Vendors on a JWW subscription plan receive Leads as part of their subscription. All Leads delivered to subscription vendors are still subject to JWW's pre-delivery quality review. Leads that are flagged during review are withheld and will not be delivered, even under a subscription plan.

Subscription vendors do not receive credits or refunds for withheld Leads, as no charge is assessed for Leads that are not delivered.

4.3 Lead Disputes

If a vendor believes a delivered Lead was invalid, duplicative, or does not meet JWW's quality standards, the vendor may submit a dispute within seven (7) calendar days of Lead delivery. Disputes submitted after this window will not be reviewed.

To submit a dispute, vendors must provide:

The Lead ID or delivery timestamp
The specific reason for the dispute
Any supporting documentation (e.g., evidence of a fake phone number or duplicate inquiry)

Disputes are reviewed by JWW within five (5) business days. Credits are issued at JWW's sole discretion. To submit a dispute, contact: legal@jabwewed.com

5. Vendor Obligations Upon Receiving a Lead

Upon receiving a Lead, vendors agree to:

Contact the couple in a timely and professional manner
Use couple contact information solely for the purpose of responding to the inquiry
Not sell, share, or transfer couple contact information to any third party
Not use couple information for unsolicited marketing unrelated to the submitted inquiry
Not attempt to circumvent JWW's platform by directing couples to book exclusively off-platform in a manner that violates JWW's Terms of Use

Vendors who misuse couple contact information are subject to immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

6. Couple Data and Privacy

Couple information shared as part of a Lead is governed by JWW's Privacy Policy. By submitting a Lead, couples consent to their information being shared with the vendor(s) they select, for the sole purpose of receiving a quote or service inquiry response.

JWW does not sell couple contact information. Couple data is shared only with the specific vendors selected at the time of inquiry submission.

7. Prohibited Lead Activity

The following activities are prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination for vendors or couples:

Submitting fake or test inquiries to inflate lead volume data
Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to submit Lead inquiries
Vendors creating fake couple accounts to submit inquiries to themselves or competitors
Coordinated abuse of the Lead system by multiple parties
Any attempt to manipulate JWW's Lead review or billing systems

8. Marketing Communications

By submitting a Lead inquiry through JWW, couples consent to receive wedding-related email communications from Jab We Wed. These communications may include wedding planning tips, vendor recommendations, promotional offers, and platform updates.

8.1 Disclaimer at Point of Submission

The following disclaimer is displayed to couples at the point of Lead submission: "By clicking 'Request Quote,' you agree your inquiry may be reviewed for quality and safety as per our Lead Submission Policy, will be shared with the vendors you select, and consent to receive wedding-related emails from Jab We Wed. You may unsubscribe at any time."

8.2 Opt-Out

Couples may opt out of JWW marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email. Opt-out requests will be processed within ten (10) business days. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional emails related to an active Lead inquiry.

8.3 Data Use

Couple contact information collected through Lead submissions is used by JWW solely for Lead delivery and, where consent is given, for JWW's own marketing communications. JWW does not sell or share couple contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Policy Updates

Jab We Wed, Inc reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of JWW following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
